Processing time
Every order is made specifically for you. Production typically takes 1–6 working days before your order ships. Once ready, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
- United States & Canada: 5–15 working days
- European Union: 5–15 working days
- Australia: 5–15 working days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delays caused by customs processing, local holidays, or the carrier are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
International orders
For orders shipped outside the UK, any applicable customs duties or import taxes will either be collected at checkout or may be charged by the carrier on delivery, depending on your destination.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to you.
Lost or damaged packages
