Returns & Refunds

As a small brand at the moment we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with fit or style. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damages, defects and issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at offthebench.clo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with EU consumer protection law. As items are custom-made to order, this right may not apply once production has started — please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Refunds

Once your defect, damage, or fulfilment error claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at offthebench.clo@gmail.com.
